• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Rear shock adjustment

    You jacked it up until the rear tire was suspended above the ground, hanging by the shock? If so, then the penetrating oil applied around the adjuster mechanism would be the next thing to try. After that, its just elbow grease to turn the adjuster.

    IMO, a warranty is in place to cover the customer from a bad part or design flaw. Anytime you add something other than stock, the potential is there to damage an otherwise perfectly good piece of equipment. Thats why manufacturers aren't willing to warranty things with a bunch of aftermarket...

    Just wanted to update this thread that I did get the RT shocks and got them on my Spyder. They made a huge difference in how stiff the front end of the Spyder feels now. They are not as good as the Elkas but they are much better than stock RS shocks. :thumbup:

    What does your state visited map mean?

    When I had that map in my sig line, it was only states that I rode my Spyder in. Not sure if I should vote #2 or #4..... After reading the choices again, I picked #2 as I have posted the map before. :thumbup:
