:coffee:...Yesterday was a little chilly but still doable. I got several of those indoor projects done. ......and the wife was very happy. Today should be a warmer day, currently 41°F.

I am growing some tomatoes from seeds this season. I had always purchased the six inch plants in the past.
They now want $6.00 a plant for a tomato. It will be 3 weeks this Friday and they will be 3"tall. The wife and family are going to have a little contest. Each plant will be purchased for a set amount and then everyone will try and win a prize. This will be done on a honor system. So let the competition begin. ....:ohyea:

Today is a warm up day at 59°F with sunshine.
Low at 37°F. No rain in the forecast.

Happy May. The last week has been cooler than usual. Low 60's with a cool edge to the breezes. Today 65 and sunny...still with the wind.

We did a sixty mile ride today. Afternoon temps hit 70's. It was just right for riding. Mesh jackets, fingerless gloves.

We are having normal temperatures for this time of year in the desert S.W. Todays' high will be 90 and the overnight low will be 60. It is a bit windy with a 15 to 20 MPH breeze. There are a few puffy clouds around the horizon but nothing overhead. The wind like we are having picks up some dust and pollen from the farms and desert around the valley. This makes the sky look a pale blue instead of a bright crisp color. Lots of people, like me, suffer watery eyes and sneezing caused by all the stuff in the air. It's usually a seasonal thing. Stay safe..... Jim

Currently here in Vermont it is 53 degrees. We will continue to have a nice stretch of sunny days this week through the middle of the week., with a few chilly nights on the way as well. With mainly clear skies and low dew points, temps across norther part of Vermont and New Hampshire could briefly dip into the mid 30's by early Tuesday morning, with some areas of patchy frost possible. We will have plenty of sunshine returning for Tuesday, temps will quickly warm up through the morning hours through the morning hours through the 40's and 50's.

Sunny skies will be back for the afternoon, with highs likely to reach the upper 50's and 60's.

Another cool start to Wednesday, we will have more sunshine on the way and temps will begin to warm up through the 2nd half of the week. Skies will be mostly sunny on Wednesday and Thursday with afternoon highs heading into the low to mid 70's. The next chance of rain will pass through on Friday. Look for a chance of a few showers during the day, mainly over the northern areas, with temps expected in the 70's.

Mother's day weekend is shaping up to be nice as well. Skies are expected to be partly sunny for Saturday and Sunday.Temps will be sightly cooler, but still pleasant and seasonable with highs in the mid to upper 60's.

Everyone stay safe & healthy, keep the 3 wheels down!

It's Autumn here in Oz, and we're getting Snow down to about 500m across most of South Eastern Australia, with the coldest May days (& nights! :p ) ever being recorded in many areas, and daily maximum temps that are barely getting into double digits (°C)... Some areas that haven't seen snow in decades (or longer! ) are turning white, but usually not for long. Not the greatest weather for riding anything, and I do hafta wonder why any of us still bother with these early morning jaunts, but I've also gotta admit to feeling juuust a slight smugness as I ride on past the few intrepid 2 wheelers still out there on these brisk mornings, me & Buster stable as ever on 3 wheels, all cosey & well protected behind the RT's big screen & with the grip heaters on (I haven't hadta try Hi yet ;) ); and them all tippy teetering along, frequently lying down on the road like a drunken Michelin Man; then pink & shivering, stopping to blow frosty breath into their gauntlets to try and keep some feeling back in their fingertips as they try to pick their bikes up off the lightly dusted roads.... again!

Despite the (really just a few ;) ) 'execution failures' in their innovating engineering, Spyders really are wonderful things! :ohyea:
