Went North today for my ride.
Trinidad Bay, Trinidad Light House, that used to be on Trinidad rock (the big one the right), then it's the Fisherman's Memorial on Woodly Island in Eureka, CA

It's a 2022. The BRP backrest is absolutely great. The Butt buffer pad has the USCG Insignia embroidered on it.

I looked into adding an aux tank and even purchased one for the RT, but we decided a Canyon is in the future, so I'll save the efforts for that machine.

I have a Camel tank on my Super Adventure 1290R and it vaccumes from the main tank vent too. I've only had an issue one time where the pressure/heat/elevation in the main tank increased faster than the fuel was used and the aux tank didn't empty right away. Simply pop the main tanks cap, and restart the vacuum building process.

Yep, that can happen but thankfully not often.

Rode from Lake Stevens, Wa to Edmonds Ferry then to Port Angeles where I grew up, looking at the homes the family had lived in. Then on to Port Townsend, touring around town waiting for a ferry to Coupeville. Crossed the Deception Pass Bridge and down to Stanwood for pizza at Jimmy's, then on back to Lake Stevens. 233 miles and two ferries. Left at 8 this morning and got back at 7:30 this evening.

Took a picture of my grandparent's home in Port Angeles, where I spent a lot of time as a kid in the 1950's, as we lived a few house away.

It is now the "Captain Joesph House", a retreat for Gold Star families.
