• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I needed foot rest, not highway pegs, so I modified Rivco's brackets into foot rests by shortening the support link.
I made F3 LIMITED badges for the front and rear of the bike.
I made a bumper too, but that was a while back.

Wow. Looks Very professional. Nice job!

I put a new Spyder Blue Ridge Windshield on my 2016 F3s. I know many don't like the Blue Ridge Windshield, but I love it. I documented my installation by creating this video and provided instructions for others who wish to install the same windshield.

I also installed an Adjustable Sport Windshield on my 2021 Ryker Rally Edition. I documented my installation by creating this video and provided instructions for others who wish to install the same windshield.

Added a tstrip of tape to the top of the TricLED " Fenders" leds as they are silly bright nojokeand distracting at night. Next to test the added tape on a night ryde.

installed a set of Grip puppies, love them... also hooked up a pigtail to the battery for a battery mantainer...........

2017 F3T. Took my OEM gas cap apart and filed down and polished the locking tang.
Lubed and reassemble the bits. It now works GREAT.

I installed some short reach bars that I got from a fellow SL. Tried them at the highest position as I thought I would like that, but I didn't. Now they are at their lowest and closest position and I think this will be where they end up. Only had time for a short ride, but seemed better than the stock bar/position. Only took about 25 minutes to install. Nice that BRP leaves enough cable to allow changes like this.

Drove her to work, as it is now my daily driver. She's only two weeks old still getting use to going from 2 - 3 wheels, but so far loving it.

Didn't actually do anything to it today other than add some miles. Momma and I did a 90 minute ride through some of the backroads here in North Central AZ. Saw lots of pronghorns, a couple of deer, and since this is mostly ranch land a ton horses and cows.
When we got home I discovered my Baja Ron sway bar had been delivered, so I know what I will be doing to it tomorrow.

Went for a ride with a friend of mine...did the circle tour out to Agassiz, down to Mission, crossed over to Abbotsford and then back home. Stopped for lunch at the Historic Dewdney Pub, half way through the ride. Great ride, great food, great riding buddy.

Once home, I discovered that the Fobo 2 that I had previously ordered had arrived, so I installed it on my RTS.

Just doing a little planning today. Friday I started the install of the Baja Ron sway bar I ordered through Lamonster. After the bar was in I went to install the links and discovered I was missing the spacers. A call to BR and they are on the way so I can get it finished. If you are prepared with all the tools and the means to get it high enough the install should not take over 90 minutes.

I have my oil and filter in hand, and am waiting on my Garmin XT to arrive. I will install the GPS and do the oil change at the same time since they both need to have the right side panel removed. I will also install the sway bar links at that time. Friday we are planning a 'ride to lunch' with friends up to Jerome, AZ. This will be a good test for the sway bar. I will keep you posted.

Yesterday I installed my first mods to my 21' F3S Special. Wait, I take that back. About a week ago I installed the removable drivers backrest. Yesterday, I installed the ARC LED Daytime Running Light/Fog Light kit from Sling Mods. I also installed my USB port for phone charger. Instead of mounting at the front of the bike, I installed the 12V USB under the rear seat in the stock port and then ran a 6ft lightning cord to the front. My phone holder is handlebar mounted so I didn't want to go with the kit to mount the accessory and 12V port. I ordered a magnetic cord holder on Amazon to hold the cord in place and a dust/weather protector when not in use. The cord holder has an adhesive base so i just stuck it in place. We'll see how it holds up in the heat and direct sunlight. Only other concern is how long the cord will last but if I have to replace it it won't be too hard to do. Having the dual USB in the rear works well for when I have a rider I can easily plug them in so they can charge while riding.
