They call that steak Tartar in the finer restaraunts....:roflblack:
I remember going to a country restaurant in beef country many years ago and thinking "they should do a great Tartare here"......I had a bit of a laugh when I asked if it could be done, and the waitress said she would have to ask the chef as she had never heard of it. She came back with "the chef said he can do a Tartare.....how would you like it cooked?"
