There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Off and on all day rain today. Currently it is 39°F and cloudy.
We already have 3" plus from yesterday's rain. Anyhow all is still good and hanging on till the next dry spell.
High 46°F with some rain showers,low is 29°F.
Been able to get most of the 'honey doos' completed. Boy She is Happy. ......:shemademe_smilie:

Another few days of sunny but cooler. High 50's today. Supposed to be 70's again Mon and Tue. Then...more nasty storms coming to our area.

here in the Austrian Alps its much to warm and no rain/snow in the last weeks - the Farmers are waiting for that ..

:yes:Today we had a snow shower or two. Currently 31°F with some snow on the ground. I was surprised by the snow but the weather people said it was coming this weekend. They were right on about the snow.
Today 34°F, low 23°F Snow Showers.
Sunday's high 36°F with some clouds, low of 20°F.

..Well the weekend Weather for Indiana has been up and down. Today's high will be only 41°F, currently 21°F.
No Snow on my yard. .....:yes:
We had a half inch of snow on Saturday.
Going to be a chilly day and a slow warm up week.
Today 41°F, with clouds and low of 25°F.

Yesterday our group ride took us up into the mountains. We saw temperatures ranging from 73 to 93. Very little wind and no clouds. Today is a transition day and will be mostly cloudy with rain developing late. The high will be 78. Then we expect rain for most of the day tomorrow with high temperatures only getting into the mid 60s. By Wednesday we will be back to sunny sky's and warming temperatures. One of the things I like about the weather here in the desert S.W. is that wet cool spells only last a day or two. The norm is sunshine and pretty good weather. BBQs, Golf games, and riding can be planned well in advance without much concern about weather cancellations. Stay safe..... Jim

Nice weather out here in Central California over the weekend. Left home Saturday with sunshine and 77 degrees, rode up the freeway (CA 58) into the mountains to Tehachapi, about 45 miles southeast and 4000 feet higher than the valley. It was about 10 degrees cooler up there, as you might expect.
Came back down via the "back way", Woodford-Tehachapi Road, which follows the side of the mountains and gives you a view of the freeway down below. This road also takes you directly past the Tehachapi Loop, where the train tracks curl 360 degrees around a foothill. The top end of the Loop is about 50 feet higher than the bottom end, and if an eastbound train is long enough the front of it will end up passing over top of the tail end. Pretty interesting thing to watch! The Loop is necessary to keep the grade under 2.5% for the railroad, and it was built over 100 years ago. There are also about 20 tunnels between the valley and the top of the pass.
From the Loop, you can only go as far west as Keene before you have to re-enter the freeway for about 5 miles. At Caliente, you can turn off the freeway again and ride a 2-lane back to Bakersfield. By the time I got to the valley floor, the temp was into the mid-80s.
It's one of my favorite local rides, and I recommend it to anyone who wanders into this part of Cal. I'll go with you when I can! Send me a PM if interested.

The weather reporting here was spot-on. Sprinkles started last evening. Got woken up at 4AM by loud thunder this morning. Rain off and on all day. It looks like clearing and sun by 2-3PM. This storm system is headed east (sorry Deanna). Tomorrow should be a good riding day with sun and highs at about 75. Stay safe..... Jim

...I know that the days are flying by and it's been a crazy weather month in Indiana. Friday is the First of April.
The Weather News People are saying rain for Today. Going to have morning showers and then afternoon showers. Maybe get about a 1/2" of rain.
Currently 42°F with cloudy skies.
High today is 73°F with some rain. Low 46°F with more rain. .....:banghead:
Looking like a No Ryde Day today. Oh well that's life.

At least this time of year it doesn’t stick around long. Made it almost to 60 today after Tuesday’s nasty weather. I90 between Rapid and Kadoka had no travel advised Tuesday night.
