I am so very ready to enjoy the summer days again.
The wife and I enjoy camping, boating, outdoor concerts and BBQ Parties.
Oh yeah, don't forget about lots of Spyder Ryde Times.
So as they say 'Bring on the Good Times'.

Saturday June 1st

hyea:....Well yesterday was a great day for enjoying my Spyder Ryde. Today it will be an early morning event. Because of the afternoon rain showers that are scheduled for my local area. Got to have the rain to make the Farmers crops grow.

High today of 70°F with morning clouds.
Afternoon rain showers are coming.
Low at 63°F.
Currently overcast sky at 61°F.

Please Pray for me and my family.
My 96 year old Mother passed away.
God is so Good all the Time.

June is one of the hottest months here in the desert, and today is a good example. At noon it was 98 degrees, humidity at 6%, 5 MPH breeze, and no clouds in sight. We'll see a high of 105+ today. Our next big change in the summer weather pattern won't happen until July when we'll start seeing afternoon monsoons. That helps cool things a little. I enjoy sitting on the front porch watching multiple thunder/lightning storms that originate in the mountains surrounding the valley. They can be really spectacular. Stay safe..... Jim

Sunday 6/02/24

...Welcome to the first Weekend of June. Currently we have overcast sky and 64°F.
Yesterday's rain was good and lasted for almost 6 hours. I received about a half inch of rain yesterday. The yard is looking good and very green.

High today of 78°F with some clouds.
Low at 61°F and no rain here.

Monday 6/03/24

....Good Morning and Welcome back from a beautiful weekend. Currently we have overcast sky at 61°F. I enjoyed being able to take in a safe Spyder Ryde Time. This is the season when the cagers are not very focused on Safe Driving. The Cell Phone is a real problem here in Indiana.

The numbers for today are looking good. High of 84°F with some clouds. No rain here.
Low at 65°F. I hope to get a little Ryde Time.

Upper 80’s forecast here today, summer is finally here.

So far this month of June has felt more like the middle of July. This summer like weather will continue for a couple more days, and then a change in the weather pattern will turn things more unsettled.

It will be another hot day on Tuesday, with high temps getting well into the 80's again. It will also be turning a bit more humid. Again, there will be lots of sunshine, but there could also be a chance for a few showers or thunderstorms popping up over the mountains.

There will be a better chance for showers & thunderstorms scattered about on Wednesday as temps continue to top out in the 80's. It will become muggier on Wednesday too.

Then a frontal system will be moving in on Thursday with wet & cooler weather. That will be the start of that change in the weather pattern as several disturbances will be coming through, one after another, with rain shower activity and cooler temps sticking around right through the weekend and into next the start of next week.

The current temp is 81 degrees, sunny, and clear.

We also have a high pollen count in my area.

Tuesday 6/04/24

hyea:... June is definitely bringing in the warmer temperatures, currently 66°F.
Also the humidity is terrible at 80 plus.
AC living sometimes is what a person has to do. I find myself more tired in dealing with the high humidity.

High today at 84°F, with some sunshine.
Low at 69°F. A good chance of rain this afternoon.

Going to have an early morning Spyder Ryde.

Wednesday 6/05/24

....Well yesterday's sunshine was great and the afternoon rain showers were doable. We got a little more than a quarter of an inch. Still had a few branches come down. Got that little project done.
Currently cloudy and 70°F.

Today is going to be another fine day.
High will be about 79°F.
Low at 61°F. Maybe get some afternoon rain.

HOT, HOT, HOT!!! Last evening on my usual golf cart neighborhood patrol (With a cold beverage, of course) I stopped to visit a lady friend on her porch. The sun was down, there was zero breeze, and it was 100 degrees. We shared a couple stories while sipping our beverages. After only about 45 minutes it was time to get going and back to the comfort (and safety) of my air-conditioned home. Jan and I commented that we both could feel the heat. She was glistening (as women do) and I was just plain sweating!

We expect to get to 110+ in the next few days. Nighttime lows will be about 80. Right now, we have a 5 MPH breeze and no clouds. Temperature is 102 and climbing. It's pool time!!! Stay safe..... Jim

Thursday 6/06/24

....Welcome to Thursday's weather report from my local area of Indiana. Currently we have mostly clear sky and 62°F. We received a 20 minute rain shower yesterday late afternoon. Just enough to get the humidity at the miserable state. Warmer temperatures with the high humidity makes life interesting. It's AC time for me.

Today's high should be 80°F with sunshine.
Low at 56°F and no rain in our forecast.

We hit a high of 113 today here in the desert. It's almost 9PM and still too hot (well over 100) to do my neighborhood golf cart cruise. Been a desert dweller long enough to know when to stay inside and hydrate. I enjoy outdoor activities during winters while most of the country stays inside and out of the wet and white stuff. It's now my turn to stay inside for the next couple of months. Stay safe..... Jim

...Well yesterday's sunshine was great and very enjoyable. Currently we have a clear sky and 61°F. Going to get out there and enjoy some Spyder Ryde Time.

The high for today only 81°F with sunshine.
Low at 59°F. No Rain here.

Saturday 6/8/24

...Well yesterday's sunshine was great and I enjoyed some great Spyder Ryde Time. Life is good on my Spyder. My wife and I enjoyed are Ryde and she took me out to lunch. ...hyea:

Currently cloudy sky and 57°F. Today's ryde could be canceled by the act of a chance of morning rain showers. Time will tell about this.
High today of 74°F with some morning rain.
Low at 57°.
