• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Which one? I have been thinking of doing that in the Spring..
I bought the OEM backup camera from my local dealer, it was a little more expensive than others I’ve seen but it was easy plug n play.
My 2024 did not have the knock out panel for the camera, so they say you should get the 2025 rear fender to install on the 2024’s.
That’s another $200 plus, I decided not to buy that part.
I removed the license plate light and cut a hole in the rear fender large enough for the camera plug to fit through and fished the connector up to plug it in. I then mounted the camera on the outside of the rear fender with the included screws.
I just removed the passenger seat, unlocked the mount to the rear cargo and tilted it up without removing it to get access to the plug.
I did not remove the rear fender or have to unplug the cargo wiring harness, installation of the camera took about 30 minutes.
