• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i have been retired for 10 years now and to be honest, at first it's fun but it does get boring later on when you start to be home alone with nothing to do

It's a pain in the @#$%^ but somebody have to do it.:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:. Have a nice nap.

There is always something to do
But you can always do it tomorrow because you have nothing else to do then

She should leave you "Honey Do" lists so you are not bored all day between naps. :yikes:

I will speak to her at Spyderfest and give her some ideas for you to work on. :roflblack:

I'm sure as the days go by you'll be able with a little effort to form some sort of routine that you can live with!
Give it time.... :roflblack:

You will get over the initial shock. It will start to be fun after a time. I like the 50-100 mile trips to go to the mail box and back each afternoon.

Hang in there.

Joe, you could do like a coworker of mine who's getting ready to retire---start doing some mechanic work. His first job: Putting a rear end in a recliner:thumbup:
