Thanks, Dave. That comment from NHTSA is both interesting and encouraging. :thumbup: I agree with the above post. The outcome of all of this should be really interesting.BRP got an extension for filing documents until 2/20/14 :thumbup: NHTSA has already done extensive testing and the word I got from the investigator is they have had some "interesting" results whatever that may mean:dontknow:
i would think the lemon law is the way to go on this problem.
