Very interesting reading, thanks for posting.
Here is one para showing overall focus:
Describe all modifications or changes made by, or on behalf of, BRP in the design, material composition, manufacture, quality
control, supply, or installation of the following components: evaporative vapor canister (including, but not limited to, p/n
709000090); purge valve (including, but not limited to, p/n 709000108 and 709000443); roll-over valve (including, but not limited
to, p/n 709000413); and LH and RH body panels (including, but not limited to, p/n 7050006878, 7050006879, 705004626, and
705004627)
Another para of interest to me is
17.
Describe, in detail,the evaporative emission control-related differences between MY2014 ST-S with a C2EB model designation versus a MY2014 ST-S designated as a C2EC model.
What evap was on the 2013 ST ? Same for ST, STS, STL ? I have heard they moved either the evap or brake master cylinder for the 2014 ST, and would be interested to learn more about this.
Also interesting to note paras 22, 32 and 33 which BRP no longer has to answer - 22 was about a very similar fuel boiling, heat etc issue on an ATV - a heat dissipation kit released by BRP to address their issues.
They also don't have to supply RT 2015 (?? airflow) panels, nor answer the question about whether new panels will be provided to prior RTs.
Well worth a read.
