...November is here and I am ready to enjoy the time. The first thing that comes to mind is celebrating Thanksgiving with the family.
Usually we have the dinner at our house, but this year my daughter will be hosting the event. My wife loves to plan everything well in advance. So that all goes smoothly. I hope that my daughter and wife will enjoy this time.

November is coming in a warmer weather forecast for our local area of Indiana. Currently clear sky and 55°F.
Yesterday morning it rained and we received over a half inch. No rain in the forecast for today.
Today the high should be 66°F with some sunshine. Low of 42°F.

It's currently 70 degrees here in the desert S.W. Heading for a high of 80. It's mostly sunny with a few scattered high clouds. The wind is calm. Humidity at 30%. Low overnight will be 56 degrees. It's been more than 3 weeks now since I shut down the monster that lives in my furnace room. No need for any heat or air conditioning. The house is usually about 68 when I get up in the mornings. By afternoon/evening it warms to about 74 if I open the back door. My bank account is enjoying this time of year. Happy November!! Stay safe..... Jim

A beautiful blue-sky day and it hit 70. Supposed to have the same for the rest of the week. Sunset is now about 6:30 PM but starts getting darker about 6:00. When the sun goes, you can feel the autumn chill in the air. Most nights 45-55.

RE: Autumn...we are NOT having the bright bold colors again this fall. The killer frost messed that up quite well. Some trees just went brown. There are many groves of trees that have multi-color in them. Reds, yellow, orange, browns....etc. But...they are not bright. More subdued...but nice to look at anyway.

Carson City, Nevada. Woke this morning to beautiful blue skies.
Thru the day the clouds manifest and this evening it started to rain, 41 degrees.
Expect low to cold temps for the rest of the week.

Wednesday 11/02/22

:spyder:....Welcome to the Second day of November 2022.
Currently 45°F with some clouds. I am going to get my yard cleaned up. Almost all the leaves are done. I forgot how much life time you need to do the leaves.

Today high of 67°F with some clouds. Low of 46°F.
No rain in the forecast.

Today's high will be 79 here in the desert S.W. There are a few high clouds and we have a 10 MPH breeze. A cold front is expected tomorrow when the high will only reach 62. Low overnight tomorrow will only be 39! It looks like it will rain most of the day. Time to fire up the monster in the furnace room. It hasn't been activated for about 7 months now. Fingers crossed that it will wake up with a nice warm welcome. Stay safe..... Jim

Currently 45°F with some fog in the area. Got my leaves project finally finished for this year :yes:.

Today's numbers are 71°F with some clouds and 53°F.
No-rain is scheduled for today.

Start saving/shopping for the Turkey and/or Ham

Cloudy, breezy day here in the desert S.W. The rain chances have diminished but light showers are still a possibility. It's currently 57 degrees and headed for a high of 61. Humidity is 43% and the wind is 11 MPH. This looks exactly like the weather in Seattle that I moved here to escape! The temperature in the house was still 70 degrees when I got up this morning. But it was going down. So, I fired up the furnace to make sure it was just hibernating and not dead. It came alive with a nice, comforting warmth. IT LIVES!!!! Stay safe..... Jim

Finally Friday 11/04/22

hyea:...Welcome to Friday's weather news from Indiana.
Currently 54°F with some clouds. Indiana is warming up for a couple of days, the Indian summer style. Saturday this warming is going to disappear. ...:gaah:

Yesterday's sunshine was great and very enjoyable.
I was able to get out there and clean up the vehicles. Boy that was a lot of fun/work.
You know how it goes, shinny one day and dirty the next day. Still makes me feel good and everything looks good for now.

Today 73°F with sunshine, low of 60°F.
Get out there and enjoy some Spyder Ryde Time.

Saturday/Sunday 11/05, 11/06

...Welcome to the First Weekend of November 2022, currently 64°F. We have some rain showers coming today. So we will see how that plays out. Yesterday was a great temperature day for us...76°F. The wife and I enjoyed the Spyder Ryde Time and the last of the trees with some leaves.

Most of the Indiana Farmers are done with the beans and still working on some corn. Hopefully they can get done before the rain.

Saturday's high only 65°F, and rain showers here in Indiana.
Low at 41°F. Enjoy your Day and be Happy.

Sunday will be an awesome sunny day and 66°F. No rain in the forecast. Low of 41°F.

WOW the temps here in Vermont are off the charts ....HIGH .... rode Sat. 11/6 and Sun. 11/7, today it hit 78° F (76 F actually) and if it hadn't started to rain I would have taken another night ride ..... It was colder back in Sept. ...... Mike :thumbup:

Monday 11/07/22

...Welcome back from the Weekend, currently 46°F.
Indiana temperatures are starting to get back on track. The last couple of days of 70°F have been very good. So now we will enjoy the 60s, which is the norm for us.
Saturday's rain was a few light showers and about a half inch of rain. I will take what I get.
Hopefully everyone gets some good rain if you need it.

Today's high is 61°F with sunshine and blue skies.
Low at 38°F.

Tuesday 11/08/22

....Welcome to election day in Indiana, currently 42°F. Going to be another great day for outdoor projects.
I had a lot of small tree limbs that came down over the weekend. Just the thing that goes with the territory of home ownership.

Today high of 61°F with plenty of sunshine. Low of 39°F.
No rain in the forecast.

Well Vermont's run of warm to only mild weather will end this Sun. 11/13 .... It will then go into Deep-freeze Temps. ...... but I will enjoy the next 4 days .... Then it gets put up for the winter ......enjoy it while you have it .... Mike :thumbup:

Fabulous SoFlo weather recently. Today will be a rainy windy day with the hurricane apparently making a direct hit on us.
Totally expecting the clueless folks to do exactly as the media guides them. So driving today will either be calm and empty roads or crazed idiots in a rush to die.

Best part, the storm will hopefully wash away the beach sand that the government keeps replenishing the beaches with. Thinking Friday or maybe even Thursday spending the day at the beach swinging the detector. Hopefully finding some cool stuff worth a lot.

Guessing this weekends Moto Trials event will be a slop fest, so most likely will not drive 4 hours each way to play in the mud and trash the trials motorcycle.

:gaah:...Just when you think about all this year's weather news, along comes Nicole. I hope that everyone will be able to find safe place. Hurricane Ian was a very large and dangerous event.

Indiana weather has been crazy for the past couple of weeks. Today's high 71°F with sunshine and windy.
We are under a burning advisory today.
Low of 48°F. Currently clear skies and 43°F.

It has been very nice here in the desert S.W. for the last few days. Highs have been right at 80 with overnight lows in the 50s. However, all that changed today. A cold front is moving through. It has been mostly sunny this morning but only 64 degrees with a 10-15 MPH cool breeze. The high today will only get to 68. Clouds are moving in and we expect rain by mid-afternoon. The high country to the north and east of the valley will be seeing some snow. BURRRRR!!!! Stay safe..... Jim
