• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:coffee:....It's a really big temperature drop from yesterday to this morning, currently 27°F.
Oh yeah including the wind chill it is 14°F. So much for the cold temperatures they are not making me happy. Still no snow on the ground but I'm told that's coming soon.

Today we are in the Freezer at 32°F. Mostly sunny day and lots of wind. Low of 17°F tonight.
Bundle up and stay warm. Just take everything one day at a time. Tis the Season for Cold temperatures in Indiana.

Stay Healthy. ....

Finally getting a bit of a break from the constant rain here in South (& Eastern) Oz!! We've had a couple of days of high 20's ° C & the next few days this week are forcast to be fine & clear in the low/mid 30's °C! :ohyea: But next week the forecast expects us to be back into the colder weather with yet more rain, then basically staying like that until at least early Jan! :banghead:

Oz is currently experiencing one of the wettest Springs this side of the Country has had since the early 1950's, and while the flooding so far is bad enough in most effected areas, the water is still expected to rise a few more feet yet and get a lot closer to the 1952 record flood levels, if not actually peaking a little higher! Glad we live up high in the Hills with a good range of choices to get in & out - some people have been flooded in for a few weeks already; others were evacuated to temporary accommodation a few weeks back and are still there, with no idea of when they'll be able to get back to their homes in order to start cleaning up & re-building! :dontknow: One family we've been helping lost almost everything in the fires a while back, and had just moved back into their re-built & re-furnished house before the floods hit! We've got most of the new furniture & fittings out & stored safely, but the house itself is still largely underwater - & it's well above the designated 'once in a hundred years' expected flood levels with the flood peak still weeks away! :(

So I'm counting the Blessings we've been lucky enough to receive & me'n the Child Bride are helping out as & where we can.... and if all goes to plan, I'll be able to get some fair weather riding in tomorrow!

November 2022 ended with a high of 72 degrees here in the desert S.W. The breeze was at 3 MPH and there were no clouds. The overnight low will be 43. Today was my first ride on the 3-wheeler since the middle of October due to having foot surgery. A group of 6 bikes, 2 Spyders, 3 Goldwing trikes, and 1 Goldwing 2-wheeler went for a lunch run of about 150 miles. It was GREAT to be back in the saddle again. I still have some swelling and my riding boot was a bit tight, but tolerable. Stay safe and see y'all next month..... Jim
