Looks like about a week out from peak for colors. Took Hwy 40 from Hermosa to Sylvan Lake via Needles Hwy, turned around and came back via Iron Mt. rd. Temps were around 70 with sun and very little wind.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's good to be back. The treatments were very difficult and almost a little to much.

We seem to be doing the swings & round-abouts thing here in South Oz - we get a couple of really nice sunny & warm Spring days followed by a week of almost freezing temps, strong/dangerous winds, and lotsa clouds & rain! :shocked: Not easy weather for choosing what time of day to go ryding.... but I'm still getting out there, rain or shine - when y'gotta, ya just gotta! hyea:
Long Range Forecasters are beginning to predict a fairly wet summer for this part of Oz, apparently it's something to do with the 'Indian Ocean di-pole' & 'la Nina/el Nino' cycle, but I think they're just guessing!?!

Blood Draw
I have issues with the Doctor calling for a weekly blood draw. His nurse had three mistakes while trying to get the job done. Finally she called another nurse who was able to get the blood draw.
I asked him if I could get a line pick and he said that I was good to go. Please Pray that I will get a better way to get blood draw.
My next blood draw is Wednesday. ...... 09/22/23

Yes, those vampires terrify me when they come by with their "kits." Most are good and you don't feel a thing. Then you have the "newbies" or the ones that are terrified to do it. They are the ones to watch out for. Last time I was in hospital I ran into one of those. She told me she had to quit because they were only allowed two tries.

Happy first day of Autumn. Beautiful blue skies, and temps in the 60's. Supposed to hit a high of 72 today. No exciting color yet, but we are going to ride again today. The long sleeve riding shirts will be on. Can the jackets be far away? :bbq:
UPDATE: Just got back from a 70 mile ride. Very nice. A bit breezy, and in the shaded areas we could feel that fall chill. Jackets will soon be a part of the riding apparel.

The temperatures for today and tomorrow will be a little over 100 in the desert S.W. After that, we will drop down into the 90s with night time lows in the 70s. No clouds in the sky at all but they do say we have a very sleight chance of sprinkles this weekend. The bike cover is OFF!!!!! Our riding season is just beginning. :yes::yes::yes: Stay safe..... Jim

In case non one noticed 9/21/21 was the 21st day of the 21st year of the 21st century. Weather in Utah is very nice right now. First part of this week was smoke free but now enough wind has brought the smoke back. Weather will continue to de dry until about next tue or wed. Weekend will be in the mid 80's and our leaves are starting to change. I went up in the mountains on the SxS and the colores are already spectacular in places. Couple of weeks more and it will be more general. Little I continue to becencourage by your posigive reports and pray that your healing continues to go well. Thanks for the updates

....:yes:.....hyea: First off I Would Like To Personally Say a BIG 'Thank You' to everyone. The Road I Traveled had a lot of 'curves' and at times was very hard to see where to go. It was only by my 'Faith in GOD' that gave me the strength to get through this awfully painful 'CANCER' Treatment. Thanks for all your Prayers and Support.
Indiana is having some major weather changes. The Days are getting Shorter. The temperatures are finally getting to cool for me. High of 73' F with some sunshine. Low of 55' F and some rain late. Current temperature is 46' F and clear skies.
Did You Get to See that Bright Shinning Moon?
I am finally getting my Sense of Smell and Sense of Taste Back. .......:yes:........:yes:
Foods that I enjoy are finally coming online. .........:thumbup:
