Welcome to the Month of JULY 2021. It has been raining most of the morning here in Indiana. 68°F now and still raining. The weather people have posted 'flash flood' warnings till 5pm Thurs evening. I got 1.7 inches of rain Wednesday.

Hopefully everyone will make it through this rainy season and be Safe. Flooding is not fun to deal with, so seek higher ground and plan accordingly.

Today rain and more rain. High of 81°F, low of 68°F.

Intermittent rain today. Temps in the low 80's. The trend is supposed to continue through the weekend. Happy July. :yes:

The desert S.W. is having normal seasonal weather and that is expected to continue for the next 10 days. Highs will be 105 to 110 with lows over night in the mid 80s. Afternoons bring sleight chances of monsoon rain, something we need badly. The mountains are getting some rain almost daily, but that is 75-100 miles away from the valley where I live. The urge to remove the cover from Fat Old Grey and do an early morning ride is becoming very strong. Stay safe..... Jim

Warm and raining today it was a good day to stay in and get the chapter monthly newsletter done and send that out. looks like tomorrow will be a good ride day 78F sunny.

Weather was real hot for our first RV trip, now cool with rain. Crazy weather but at least nothing damaging.

Weekend Weather

Welcome to the WEEKEND, 57°F now.
Weather People are saying that we will have a Heat Wave coming in Indiana. 81 today and 91°F tomorrow, wild weather coming, Standby.
Lows for both days will be only 68°F

I will be doing early morning rydes and enjoy some 'wind therapy ' .

Sounds like what we’ve been having. Raced thunderstorms back from the Black Hills Roundup in Belle Fourche last night. Only got a little wet.

We are having a "perfect" 4th of July. 80's, and sunshine.

RE: weather: One trip many years ago, we had a line of severe t-storms & tornadoes chase us easterly between Mitchell and Sioux Falls. 85 mph on the motorcycle seemed good. We outran the storm. Those were some really black clouds on the horizon.

Rainy Day

Well, .......Rapidspyder,........ I sent you a little 'Indiana Rain' and I hope you get what best.

Indiana weather has been all over the place. Hot days and cool days some with sunshine and others with rain.
That's the weather and I have learned to enjoy each and every day.

This morning the "weather babe" said The Valley of the Sun will have a mild 4th of July. The high will only reach 104. That IS mild for us but the humidity has climbed into the 40% range. There were a few thunder bumpers hanging round last evening but nothing close to home. We got just a couple drops of rain. Temperatures back to 110 for next week. Stay safe..... Jim

MONDAY July 5th

Well I survived the last night's loud fireworks. Old age is creeping in now. This morning it was sunny and clear skies, 73°F now. Just going to take today easy and see what happens.

High of 91°F with sunshine, low of 68°F.

248 miles riding around the Hills. Keystone and Mt. Rushmore were busy, lots of flags flying.

We had clouds and the temps in the 60's yesterday.

Today we have sunshine, temps in the 80's.

Tuesday

Well today was another hot day in Indiana 91' F.
Got some yard work done early, as it was 73' F at 7:00AM.
Low over night about 70' F, now 79' F.

Neighbor's are shooting off the last of their fireworks, I sure hope so. .....:shemademe_smilie:

High 80's and partly sunny here today. Yesterday, explored another country dirt road on the Mule. It's looking like we have some good off road rides really close to our home.

Wednesday

Welcome to a beautiful day here in Indiana, 81' F now and humid.
Had about .2" of rain this morning but the sun has dried up most of
the signs of the rain.
Not wet enough to stop from cutting the grass so I finished the yard.
I might get a little ryde time in this afternoon.

High today 84' F with sunshine/humidity, low of 70' F.
