2013 RT Limited purchased last year ran very very hot. So I followed threads here and applied some of my common sense to address the issue.
I took heat gun data by the rear cylinder wander and fuel tank cap area as well as the glovebox.
Mods;
Factory Air box removed and replaced with Kewl metal unit.
All under Tupperware exhaust pipe double wrapped with heat tape.
Replaced two side panels with Viritka new style air scoop panels.
Replaced the CAT and wrapped the y-pipe.
Had Factory upgrades done.
Added heat shield around fuel cell.
rode Saturday 77deg F Ambient temps rode 120 miles aggressive with some hi way cruising took heat gun data same places as last fall the reduction in heat was 40% my mileage was 30 mpg.
I am happy this is behind me.............
Side note;added Elka level 2 shocks outstanding handling improvement was great.
