You have every right to complain here on this forum and if you want to keep doing so, go right ahead. However, in my opinion, continuous complaining here on this forum is not going to get the issue resolved even if BRP is monitoring this forum.
If I was you and I had heat issues, this is what I would be doing:
I would first get any and all service bulletins related to the heat performed on your Spyder to make sure it's up to date. Then, if the problem is still happening, I would figure out when the heat issue was happening. write it down, then re-create that issue and take your Spyder to your dealer and show them the problem. Your dealer, if they're competent, probably has a pretty good relationship with BRP and hopefully would be willing to work with you and BRP to get the problem resolved.
I'd also call BRP (since they don't like to answer any e-mails from what I've seen here), and get a case number. Then work with your and BRP to solve the problem and don't let them off the hook until it is solved. I wouldn't yell or rant or complain (at least not much), I'd try to be nice and just stick to the facts of what the problem is and keep asking them what they are going to do to solve the problem and when it will be solved.
That's what I would do.
You, of course, are free to do what you want.
