• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Digital Display Acting Up

Every so often my display would screw up, I blamed my self for dumb thumbs. Yesterday it changed to KPH as I was driving away after reseting the trip milage. I though I must have done this by mistake so I pulled over and rest to MPH. Then I noticed that it would not lock in, rather it just immediately defaulted back to KPH. When I move the arrow up and down the mph would not highlight. Fnially I shut down and rebooted and it starte do work again. I now think it is not dumb thumbs, just a glitch. Is this a warranty thing or something I have to live with?

Regards,

Randy

If it does not work as designed, it is a warranty issue. See your dealer. Sounds like a new cluster may be in your future.

I have had the analog tach not go past 3000 rpms a few times on my 2010 RT. After turning off the Spyder, the next start the tach works normally. If it happens more often I will bring it to my dealer.

I had that, and a variety of other analog tach symptoms (reading low or high, jumping all over, sticking at 1,000 rpm, or not working at all). The digital tach was OK. The problem can be cured. You will need a new gauge cluster to resolve the problem.
