A day in the lyfe of being Teddy's Chauffeur

While getting ready for our trip to SITA, we were ryding around town today with our camper in tow making sure everything was good to go. While going down the side streets along the riverfront, I notice a car behind us jocky'n for lane positions to get up closer to us. This happens quite often and I usually just ignore whats going on, and pay attention to our ryde. We get across the bridge from Newport and enter Covington, the city we live in, and make our way down to the riverfront to take a few pics of Teds Red Sled and his Camper with the Cincinnati Reds Great American Ball Park in the background. This was the night where Cincy's own Marty Brennaman
http://content.usatoday.com/communi...eds-broadcaster-marty-brennaman-head-shaved/1 who had previously made a bet that if the Reds won 10 straight games, he'd shave his head  They won 10 and lost the 11th:banghead: so Marty lived up to his promise and also raised $50K for charity to shave his head live at the ballpark, and Charlie Sheen also matched his donation and gave his own check of $50K :yes: WAY TO GO MARTY & CHARLIE:yes::yes:
So we're driving along when all of a sudden, I see the same black BMW that I had noticed a while back trying to catch us, coming directly toward us flashing their lights with arms waving out the windows for us to slow down and stop, so we do. The beemer pulls along side, and the guy driving states,
"Dude, that thing is SO WICKED, I've been trying to catch up with you for at least 2 miles now."
"Yeah, well you got us."
"Oh MY GOD, I told you honey, the dog IS REAL." he said to his female passenger.
"Dude, you've gotta let us get a picture, PLease!!!???"
"Sure, why not, everyone does."
The guy backs his beemer up a little, so if there are any other cars, they can slide by us, and he and his passenger get out with Iphones in hand, and she starts snapping away and Teddy starts his pose'n & mug'n with hopes of get'n treats, as the guy continues talking with me.
"Man, you guys have it made, thats like a camper right? I mean, you can park wherever you want, hop back there and sleep wherever, right?"
"Yup, pretty much, thats how it works."
I then explain that its all Teddy's and I'm just the chauffeur along for the ryde:yes:and continue on how Teddy makes ppl happy pretty much everywhere we go, especially the Senior homes and day cares, and the guy seems blowed away. I then demonstrate some of Teddys tallents, as he gives me Hi5s and handshakes in trade for his treats, and I swear, I think the guy was a little in shock, not to mention, the lady was just all over Teddy. They ask if they can pet him, and we oblidge, and Teddy even gives them Hi5s and handshakes and the guy makes the comment,
"Man, you guys got it made, I want to be you guys. You know what, you just made our day, Thank YOU!"
Surprisingly, this isn't the first time we've heard this. The lady passenger notices a car trying to get by, but is afraid of scratching their beemer, so their just sitting there waiting, and the lady tells the guy that they need to go. He introduced himself, and his passenger, and then said thank you once again, and they jumped in their car with pics on phone, and waved and smiled as they drove off.
Then, later the same night, we're heading to my buddies house, and we've come to a redlight and are sitting there waiting for the light to change. I look over at the driver of the car next to us, and the lady driver is just all smiles. I could tell she wanted to talk, so I turned down the tunes so I could hear her.
"OH MY GOD!!! Thats the coolest thing I've ever seen! You know, I'm the Social Pages Editor for the Cincinnati Enquirer (our local newspaper) and if you send me your guys's pictures, I'll make sure their on the front page, people would love seeing this."
I kindly smile and tell her that his head is big enough and I don't know how I'd be able to handle him if it got even bigger, with a chuckle and then the light changed and we took our leave. All in a days work for Teddy & his chauffeur:doorag:
