• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Kuhmo ecsta ast

I have 5000 miles on mine (replaced the original tire at 10,000) and cannot tell that it has worn at all. I keep 30 pounds in the Kuhmo.

    check engine code P 0 174 again

Sounds like you did it correctly to me. One thing that I tried before removing the canister, was to swap the O2 sensors from one pipe to the other, to see if the code changed to the other pipe. The problem could also be a bad O2 sensor. When I did that nothing changed, so that is when I...

    check engine code P 0 174 again

When you did the canister bypass, did you leave the purge valve connected? It has to stay connected, but serves no function without the Canister. I vented mine to the back of the Spyder. Like you I had intermittent P0174 until I removed the Canister, and no codes since.

    What recall?

What I meant to say was that the service manager and technician I have always dealt with have left. They must have a new tech, which I have not met, and likely will not meet.

    What recall?

I stopped by the dealer where I bought my 13 RTS SE5 today to ask if they had any info about the fix for the heat. I was told that the service manager and technician were no longer there. But, I asked at the service desk if they had any info about the recall for my 13 RTS. The response was...

Al three upgrades: JT's air filter, cat bypass & after market exhaust?

Just the fact that it runs fine and there are no lean or rich codes displayed.

Al three upgrades: JT's air filter, cat bypass & after market exhaust?

No fuel management is needed with all three on my 13 RTS. I have the bypass, breather (Kewlmetal), and Akrapovic muffler. Sounds and runs great.

Enjoy the ride. We live in Manning and ride to Moncks Corner and surrounds often. Let's get together sometime.

    Rent Spyder in Charleston, SC.

The only Spyder dealer there is Velocity Power Sports in Ladsen, just outside of Charleston. I don't know whether they rent or not.

    my dealer zucker punched me!

I had a problem with P0174 until I removed the fuel evap canister and vented to the back of the Spyder. That eliminates the purge valve and eliminates the risk of fire due to the evap canister melting. Mine had melted a hole into it, which was replaced with the heat shielding added. However...
