• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You veteran riders will smile at this but going on the interstate for the 1st time today. Not far...maybe 20 miles...from Moncks Corner, SC to downtown Charleston and then Folly Beach. Only gonna be in the 60s..but Hey, I'm 62 and when your 50yr old girl friend wants to go to the beach...who am I to argue.:shemademe_smilie: My 2014RT LTD is the first bike of any kind that I have owned. New helmets, boots (normally wear tennis shoes)' bright orange fleece lined jackets and a tank full of gas! Gonna stop in downtown Charleston and take on the annual Greek Fest before hitting the beach. Wish the rookie luck!!:2thumbs:

It sounds like you have the right equipment and the right reason for the ryde. Be safe and have a great time!

Enjoy the ride. We live in Manning and ride to Moncks Corner and surrounds often. Let's get together sometime.

Have fun and watch out for the gawkers. You would be surprised at the people that want to ride beside you and take pictures. Also, stay out of the blind spots.
