Let's have a poll to see who has the worse customer service in their local dealership. My vote goes to Ride Now Powersports in Ocala,Fl. I order and pay for a hitch and wiring harness and wait 4 weeks, finally I go over and they say it is on backorder and we don't know when they will be able to get it.No call to tell me it is on backorder when I told them that we had a trip planned. Went on ebay and had one in 4 days. Called the service dept. to discuss the first service and they tell me 600 miles ,I tell them that the manual says 3,000 for the first service. They say no it is 600. So I close my shop and ride 35 miles over to the dealer with my wife following in the truck. We drop off the Can-Am and tell them we will be back in a few hours,we get across town and we get a phone call from the dealership that the first service is not due until 3,000 miles and we did not need to bring the RT in. So there is that time wasted, plus gas for 2 vehicles. We reach 3,000 miles and so we call to get an appointment for the 3,000 mile service and they ask why we did not get the 600 mile service. So we go back to Ocala today for our scheduled appointment to get the 3,000 mile service and they say oops we are running behind and it will be at least 4 hours wait before they can get us in. So after closing my shop early again and riding over, they did not have the courtesy to call and say we are behind schedule and can we reschedule. So now we can't wait 4 hours to get the RT in and have to reschedule again for next week. We paid extra money for a complete service package and were told that when we come in we would be put to the front of the line for service. I would not buy anything from this dealership. While we were there another gentleman with a new Indian was sitting there and heard our conversation and said he had an appointment for 10 am and it was after noon and they had just brought his bike in.
