• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No story there. Notice I said, "ITS face..." You're just upset because I was able to walk into a dealer and pick out a 2014 off the floor with no ordering or waiting.

So..!!

Blue Knight family crest...white horse on winged wheeles...interesting..!! Or just a knights shield....:dontknow:

Thank you all for noticing. No special story here. I have had the same Avatar for a very long time. Just thought it was time for a change. Since I am from Alaska, I thought the "biker moose" would make an appropriate avatar until I can come up with something better.

The moose is a beautiful chain saw carving and stands almost five feet high. He stands on one side of the door to my office/den, and I have an additional five foot carving of a bear on the other side of the door.

The artist captures that whimsical look on the faces of his work. I bought the moose in 2008 or so and added the bear in 2010, (a housewarming present to myself) from the same artist of course. I ran into the man at a Holiday crafts expo.

I will take a picture of both and add them to the post in a day or so--just for those who are curious. My home is all done in knotty pine and I thought they added to my pad.

They are also posted in my Alaska Woodcarvings album just started today--you can blow them up to full size. For those who may need navigation directions: Click on my name (above Avatar), Click on view profile, you will see the albums available, click on the Alaska Woodcarvings, click on any picture to enlarge it--use the arrows to see the show.
