There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I'm looking for wheel chocks to mount on a trailer to haul my spyder. I looked at Spyderclamps and am wondering what other options are out there? Any info would be helpful.

Wheel chocks

I got -
[h=1]New Venom 6.5" Tire Wheel Removable Chocks Trailering Motorcycle Wheel Chock For Harley Davidson, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, BMW - Sport Street Bike, Cruiser Bike, Touring Bike, Motorcycle[/h]Found on Amazon for $31.99 with free shipping. You will have to get 2 and buy the tie down straps. Works well for me.

Don't use any. Just use good tie downs! Bike has never moved! Tom :spyder:

:agree:! Having my Spyder towed on a rollback just a week ago the driver asked me to place and fit the tie downs. Did it just per the user's guide and the Spyder did not move at all.

Trailered half dozen times no wheel with cHocks

I've trailered back and forth from Rochester, nys to eastport Maine a couple times and I used properly sized ratchet straps with terry cloth between the straps and the rims with not a bit of movement on either trip. One FYI, if you use tied downs through the rims as recommended, make sure you check for the tire value stem prior to tightening down the strap.

1000 MI trip × 4
Strap through wheel with micro fiber cloth to protect rim

Zero problems

I bought a pair of plastic chocks at WalMart for less than $10.00 - bolted them to the floor of my trailer and happy to say many thousands of miles later never had a problem. Just put the brake on and strap the Spyder down and away you go.

Hey Jim. I bought a pair of chocks at WalMart (less than $10.00) and bolted them to the floor of my trailer. Just drive the Spyder on the trailer - set the brake - strap down the unit and off you go. I have many thousands of miles on my trailer with the Spyder aboard with these chocks and nary a problem or issue..
