• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

We swapped the standard Baja Ron sway bar for the Ultimate version. My initial impression is that the bike is much more responsive - some might call it twitchy. It seems a bit more planted in corners. Only a short ride today over Santa Susana Pass (for those of you in the area). Santa Sue is not as tight as Latigo but more than Encinal Canyon. Anyway, my initial impression is very positive. I've now ridden my bike with the stock sway bar, the "normal" Baja Ron, and the Ultimate Baja Ron and for my money and for the small difference in price, the Ultimate is the way to go.

Well, I did get the wife's spyder inspected yesterday. It made it to 70 degrees and was beautiful. Even though I am in need of a new rear tire, it passed inspection. Plan is to get one before the trip in June. Was kinda dissappointed that I only put 2k miles on that bike last year, but considering riding was split between that one and 2 others, I still did pretty good.
