• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I won't be riding that's for sure. It's been raining since last night. Raining hard this morning, so I was just out in the shop tinkering on the Spyder, and cleaning and inspecting my riding gear. I also started my sticker wall underneath the frunk hood. Just goofing around basically. I also removed the Route 129 shield and put the gauge spoiler on for the rest of the hot riding season.

I did something totally off the beaten path for my Spyder...

I drove it for the first time since I bought it new last year and rode it home to have it sit in my garage until this morning... :ohyea:

It's totally different than my two-wheel motorcycle... both good AND bad... but I love it! What a blast!

Replaced all three Brake Rotors with EBC Rotors and EBC Double-H Sintered pads. Then I replaced all three OEM shocks/springs with Elka Stage 2 shocks.

It was a busy few days, but well worth it.

Left early this morning to beat the forecast rain (which still hasn't come) to one of the state's covered bridges. Did about 107 miles total. Later made a quick run to the library to pick up some books for the wife.

Not today, but a couple weeks ago. I forgot to take pics. I had the plastic off today so snapped a pic. I scraped all the old rotting insulation off these two panels and replaced it:

Finished install of Wilbers longer shocks and H&R Performance sway bar.

All I can say is... WOW... Bike feels "planted" now. Crisp turns, even at speed.

Off to a local ride (~100 Spyders) at our local US Spyder Ryders here in NH.

Special thanks to MartinTheVlogger for great customer service (I lost a spacer and he immediately shipped a replacement) - downside of epoxy floor - looks great but can't find anything!
