• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I recently had my new 2023 Spyder Sea-to-sky ceramic coated from a friend of mine who runs a detailing business (802 Marine) in Vermont. I was very happy with the results. The ceramic coating helps to protect the clear coat and paint from scratches, bird dropping, bugs and road grime in general and seems to stay much cleaner or at least easier to keep clean. I've been wanting to do this because the paint on these spyders seems very soft and prone to scratching.

Just went over various nuts and bolts after the trip to Austria.
Also changed the brake fluid to the best of my ability, I have no programming equipment to do a complete change, so that have to be for the dealer to sort during winter storage.

Charged the battery and did some tidying up in the garage while waiting for new compressor and went kit to make it across the big pond so I can get on the road again. Need my wind therapy !

I Installed a set of "Black" Lidlox Bar-end helmet locks. My giant helmet won't fit in my frunk, or my Shad bags.
Got them from a sponsor here.

My boyfriend and I installed a "Belt Guard" on my 2023 F3 Spyder LTD Special. I got the belt guard from Spyderpops.

I changed the oil and all brake pads on my Goldwing while my Spyder watched. :roflblack: I realized that I've put less than 2k miles on my Wing/sidecar rig since I bought my Spyder in October 2020.

Installed KOTT S/S intake screens and added some finer mesh to hopefully keep the bug guts out of the rad.

Installed and tested some F3 Ultimate Floorboards. Besides giving you lots of foot positions, it makes getting on and off the bike very easy. No strange gymnastics. They are a tad spendy, but should be original equipment.

Added the Quadlock induction charger to my phone mount. Love the quadlock, but i use the 'poncho' because i live where it's rainy and I cant plug the charging cord into the phone with the poncho on.

waterproof induction charger charger solved the problem.
