• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Got my USA and US Army flags all set up. Some 16ga. galvanized steel painted and bent JUST SO mounted where the trunk lid closed. BRP so kindly provided 4 large screws there. I'm far to stingy to pay over $90 for less than $10 of material. The new USA flag cost more than both mounts.

Loaded it up on the trailer today for a trip tomorrow from VA down to FL. Gotta go down and help my parents a bit with some medical concerns and not sure how long I may be there, so.........

I know its not the safest time to travel, however, I haven't seen them in over a year and you never know with age creeping up.

I will limit my contact with other people as much as possible. Taking a leisurely 3 day journey using the secondary roads instead of I95 and I75 - the latter being the worst of them.

Road tested the saddle modifications plus heat and a wider and taller (18" 7Jurock) windshield. Wife was passenger and granddaughter rode her Honda Magna along the Columbia River to Stenson, WA for lunch.
The ride began in low 50* temp and the bun warmer did a great job of keeping us comfy. 20 years ago, I discovered seat heat on a rented BMW KLT and I never want to leave home without it now.
Thanks to its flip, the windshield did a great job of shielding us. I was in a calm and the wife said there was much less wind on her than with the normal width, 16" 7Jurock with a flip.
Gotta go out today too and take advantage of an all too rare (for this time of year) 64* high.

Today I renewed my license and Insurance for another 12 months. Went for a short scoot. Temperature in the high 40’s although when I got near the mountains it cooled off considerably. Supposed to be heavy rain now for the remainder of the week. I ride whenever it’s dry. The cooler temps don’t bother me as much as the wet does.....I can dress easily for the cold.

Changed out the grill filters on my 2020 RT and my wife's 2018 F3. Lots of bugs in the old filters from our 9000 mile trip. Very pleased that they didn't make it to our radiators!

Sealed the cement on the new shop floor and the outside floor for the new Spyder shop built from the old milk barn. Now to get the wiring insulation and sheet rocking done hopefully before winter sets in to hard.

With spring like wx here in central N.C., rode 198 miles with a buddy. Mostly back roads in foot hills of the Blue Ridge.

G'morning - is there a blog for ultra lights you can share?

I'm new here. Yesterday I purchased a rack for my 2021 Spyder F3-T

Way to go Paul, congrats, your Spyder will love you.
