I don't use waterproof clothing...if I get stuck in a rainstorm in the summer, I'm fine with that...
:agree: I do have rain gear in the trunk. Been carrying it around on my last three bikes. Have yet to take it out of the rapping's for two reasons,
One = I'll never be Abel to fold it back again.
Two = I really don't want to get it wet.
Three = It no longer fits. :roflblack:[ I do have rain gear in the trunk. Been carrying it around on my last three bikes. Have yet to take it out of the wrapping's for two reasons,

I always have rain gear in my trunk. So far nothing has worked perfect but it has been a fantastic blessing on many an occasion. I ride in the rain a lot, I never or very seldom allow it to stop me. I am intrigued by the information I read on the Nikwax site. I may try rainproofing my riding jacket, then all I would have to do is throw on the bottoms when I hit the rain. Just a little less hassle.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist. Still friends? :shemademe_smilie:Wow, That's just cruel.
But probably true! :gaah:

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:Of cause, :2thumbs:
But i almost took the rain suit out to see if it would fit.
One look Na, I'll never fold it back into the plastic package.
:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:
I never fold my rainsuits after I open the packages. For one thing, it eventually causes leaks, like a tent that is folded in the same place repeatedly. I separately roll the top and bottom tightly. I secure the bottoms with the integral foot stirrups. For the jacket, I use a couple of rubber bands. The rain gloves and boots go into a Ziploc bag.
