• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Watch out for this guy !!!

I can't belive they publish his home address. I would be sleeping with one eye open, if I were in his shoes. Just a prediction but, street justice will probably prevail on this one I'm sure.
:agree:

With the justice system as it sometimes is, I hate to say I wouldn't be sorry to see him get his payback from the street!

If I say what I'm really thinking I'll just get in trouble.

:agree: Me too!!!

The only problem with that happening... is that bikers in general would be crucified in the news over the "savage beating" of this poor young boy...
We get enough bad press without an incident... :gaah:

 please tell me that nobody's serious about the firearms question... Gun owners get slammed way too often to be considering a hunting party...nojoke

Makes you wonder how many 'accidents' where the cager 'just didn't see the motorcycle' were really intentional, but the driver was actually [just]smart enough to pretend it was an accident.:(

If you try that crap in Japan I believe that they simply throw the cuffs on you and away you go! "I didn't seem him" doesn't work!

No question...revocation of license...they should treat this case as if he actually killed the motorcyclist...he gets off easy because there was only a broken leg...in a case of legitimate attempted murder, the punishment should be severe...

Yup, the kid decides that his car is a tool to be used to endanger other lives on the road (the MC’ist and anyone else nearby) because he didn’t like being passed, and he appeared to feel no remorse about it. This kid is a freakin' psychopath. And yet the judge will let him drive away after daddy posts a paltry $5000 bond. That judge is a complete idiot. I wonder if she ever feels for the victim rather than letting her heart bleed for all the perps. I'll just suggest that every sane person in the area, especialy riders, campaign to get her stupid ass booted off the bench.
:chill:

I belive the judge can only set bail for what the perp was charged with. If the cops charged him with more serious charges (like they should have done), the bail would have been much much higher. You have to blame the cops or DA in this case for that.

:yikes: Wow, just wow. Where on earth do people get the idea that actions like this are okay, and that you are within your rights to run someone else off the road and nearly kill them. Sure, I will not let a motorcycle pass me when I am playing Mario Kart on the Wii, or some other racing game, but things aren't supposed to be done like that in real life.

I am glad I am not his dad, as his life would now be as forfeit as all of the money it would cost me to pay for his actions for the rest of my life.
