• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Upright/Knuckle measurements

Hello all, I am researching parts for a project. I cannot find any information on the upright/knuckles used in the Spyder. Can any-one direct me to figures for KPI and trail, wheel flange position and ball joint measurements of the upright? Ideally, I would like a drawing showing angles and measurements of the steering knuckle dimensions. I can then CAD the part and check for suitability.

Regards and thanks in advance

R & R....

This is the kind of thing you need to order the part or pull it off your steering to get the measurements...:lecturef_smilie: that data is not readily available to us ....most independents wanting to modify oem parts just get them aND go from there....

Yeah I agree, but I did not want to go through the cost of purchase only to find out they are not suitable. Just some basic measurements are all that is needed at this point. Thanks for your reply.
