There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. TricLed Customer Service #1

I know that most of you know this but for those of you sitting on the fence, I can attest that Reggy's customer service is beyond measure. I had a small problem with a string of lights I bought from him about six months ago. I think it is a loose connection somewhere but since the dealer installed them I was going to have him suss out the problem. Told Reggy about it and he is sending me a new set of LEDs at no cost.

I am 51 and back when I was a kid I expected that kind of customer service because that is how people did things. Business people wanted to earn your business. Nowadays, that concept is considered socialistic. It is truly a pleasure to deal with people who do not believe customer service is old fashioned or to be farmed out to a call center in India.

Thanks Reggy! You da MAN!!!

Just want to agree, I had a led set that the lead broke and I could not solder and they replaced the set at no cost. Excellent service!

He's a class act, took care of my problems with speed and he made it easy for me to decide where to go when I wanted more lights.

His Calendars are Bad@$$ too I hear... But I dont think they light up.

I have tips and fenderz from Reggy, his items are top notice. I have halos for my fog lights and runners if I can ever work up the courage to drill my tupperware...

Im "that" guy.

Just wanted you to know that I am originally from Kenosha Wisconsin and UW grad. Have been in Texas since 83. You can take the boy outta of Wisconsin but not Wisconsin outta the boy!

Faithful supporter of all that is Wisconsin sports and Packer shareholder!

I appreciate the positive review of a business. I've never had to use Reggys customer service, but good to hear that it is good!!

+1

+1 here
Reggy developed TricRingz, I got them
Then he developed Fenderz, I got them and other Vendors copied them
...and list is just going on and on and on since, how could I resist and never mind how much nerves he went thorough with me because I've been electrically challenged let's say.
He never let me down and I always come back.
Well done Reggy and thanks for everything so far and in the future.
.....did I mention that nothing ever came so super fast from states?
:2thumbs:

a good Friend of mine is the founder and ceo of
knife company; and has the same customer
service attitude. if his name is on it... he backs
it! and with very little to NO grief about the
circumstances.

TricLed is slowly winning me over as a customer;
based pretty much on the ratings given on here.
for me... the Spyder and my pennies are not
something I can afford to screw around with. so
people that stand behind their aftermarket product,
are the ones I am inclined to deal with first.

oh yea... it's Mantis Knives. if any of you are interested...?

TricLed Service #1

Reggy is really very personable, he would take a loss in a second to keep his customers happy, sells top quality electronics and everything he sells. His knowledge in electronics and just about anything you can talk to him about is amazing. You do not have to worry about service when dealing with this Vendor, have had many dealings with TricLed, nothing but the best.Big #1, all the way. Most people just talk about products and the quality, you hear as much about Reggy being a great person on almost all post's.:yes:

Just want to say I agree. I'm not so smart with electrical stuff, and he has been AWESOME. I actually figured out how to do my DayRunners and Fenderz with his help. Next up--Halo kit!

Hey Reggie:firstplace:,

I love to hear stories about great customer service:thumbup:. You certainly get your share. I'm proud to be in such good company as a fellow vender on SpyderLovers:bowdown:. And ya, sometimes we do have to take a loss to make a customer happy. That should just be common business sense but unfortunately today isn't. Looking forward to hanging out at SpyderFest. Take care and.............

I have to agree with all that's been said before about Reggy's 100%+ customer service. Back when I actually owned an RT-S I had an issue with one of the fender LED's, he immediately replaced BOTH of them. When I was rear-ended and my LED American Flag was slightly damaged, Reggy, again, immediately replaced it FREE OF CHARGE!!! I cannot recommend this man highly enough. Should everyone have his class and integrity!!!

I ordered 2 sets of LED tip lights for my RS and my wife RT and the next day got a notice that they shipped and that I was getting a $4 refund because it did not cost $6.95 to ship. Has anyone ever gotten service like that? Thanks Reggy

Well, I have been window shopping LEDs on this site ever since I got the Spyder. I know where my money is going now. Thanks all. Word of mouth (or post) is the best advertising.

How's the M109? Miss the Spyder yet?

I was the same way but after the first drill I was actually ok with it :yikes:I have tips and fenderz from Reggy, his items are top notice. I have halos for my fog lights and runners if I can ever work up the courage to drill my tupperware...

How's the M109? Miss the Spyder yet

I'm loving the M109R LE!! Fits me like a glove...nice low saddle height, stable, stable, stable and LOTS of power. On the way back from the dealership after buying the 109, I was following Kathy, on her :spyder2:, going down I-5 towards Portland riding along at or about the 70mph speed limit. :ohyea: I'd heard about the power of this bike (127hp) so I deciding to take a peek...I turned on my turn signal, dropped it into fourth gear, moved into the passing lane and cranked the throttle. Before I could bat an eyelid, I was well up over 100mph and climbing fast - - WHOA!!! :yikes: Backing off the throttle, I drifted back behind Kathy, content in knowing, at least in part, what this monster could do!

Regarding the Spyder, I still LOVE the Spyder and miss it terribly. :( But mine obviously had a computer in it that was assembled late on a Friday afternoon or on a Monday morning by people still hungover from the weekend. :cus: Perhaps in another two or three years I'll get back into Spydering. I still love the :spyder2: and the :spyder2:community. I'm still an active member of the Spyder Ryder of America - San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and plan on attending Spyders in the Redwoods again this summer.

If you come up with any cool ideas about how to light up my M109R LE be sure to let me know.:pray::pray: Feel free to email me at [email protected] anytime.

It is great to read about good customer service from our site sponsers. Good customer service is the key to success. I ordered the calander and had no problems.

I do believe in patronizing site sponsers where possible. I have now purchased from four different sponsers, and was happy with all my purchases.

GloRyders, Seal Floorboards, and Cat Specialties are the others so far.
