A lot of names of salespeople were mentioned here and that may be a sign of the problem. There should be one or two internet sales specialists who’s primary job is to handle all inquiries for online sales and BEST warranty purchases. The finance manager should handle all phone calls in request of purchase of BEST warranties. Too many cooks ruin the soup.
 
BRP systems were down last Wednesday when I called to add BEST warranty on my '21 RTL. Thomas took my number and promised to call back when they were up. He called yesterday evening and now I'm good for three more years!
