Ok Ok I give up.
I searched but could not find any reference. :dontknow:
My new 2011 RTS has 2 plugs in the top box.
One on the left for power supply and one on the right for my ipod.
I have a topbox liner from brp which has 2 holes cut out for these plugs to fit thru.
The power plug has a black plastic ring around it and the ipod socket has a shiny ring.
I gather that the idea is to undo these rings put the liner in and put the rings back over the top of the liner to hold it in place.
OK, the question....get to the point.. :gaah:
If I remove these rings will the plugs slip back into the depths of below the trunk never to be seen again...there's probably a stargate in there!!!!
or is there a secondary ring holding everything in place.
I don't really want to be the first to find out and have to pull the whole back end off just to retrieve my plug.
Thanks for any insights :helpsmilie:
Cheers
