• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder Sightings

Lancaster, Calif...

6-20-12, around 12:30pm, saw a black RS, with a black operator, leaving the CostCo in Lancaster, CA...

Swing by Marana sometime and you will see me on my red one! :ani29:

Odie,
There's two of us over here in Oro Valley, both on RTs. We both did a "group" ride last Saturday heading out to Oracle State Park and got a lot of looks and even some interested parties when we stopped at a gas station in Oracle. We all need to get together and do a more serious ride up to the top of Mt. Lemmon....:)

Saw a silver RS going north on Thornydale Rd at Tangerine taking a left heading west in Marana, AZ. I was in my car at the time and stuck at a red light so I wasn't able to catch up! Maybe next time!

Taggtr,
There's two more of us on RTs here in Oro Valley, We need to all hook up do a ride together to the top of Mt. Lemmon one Saturday morning...:)

Might have been me... there are at least 3 more of us in Oro Valley that I know of. (jimmykjimmy, jrlspyder and me) plus I've see a couple coming out of Saddlebrook. Looks like we're getting a pretty good concentration this end of town!

Dryheat,
Heard about you from another rider that rode with you a couple years ago by the name of Big Arm. Me and muonwhiz might be the riders you saw out by Saddlebrook if you saw them last Saturday. Me and her took a ride out to Oracle State Park and back. Let me know if you wanna ride to the top of Mt. Lemmon and I'll do the legwork with all the other riders of trying to make it happen?

Thursday afternoon, the 29th, was stopped at traffic light Fry and Coronodo. A GI, on a white RT pulled up next to me. I looked over to say Hi. The RT rider sat with visor down, sun shield down, eyes dead ahead, never bothered to acknowledge another Spyder. :hun:

Now, I'm not thin skinned, but ........

Ron

Ron,
Come on up here to Tucson and we'll show you some love! :)

Northern CA Sighting

I saw 2 Spyders on Hwy 160 2 weeks ago on our way to meetup for a large group ride. I pumped my fist high up in the air because this was the first time I actually saw a Spyder on the road while I was riding too! I don't remember the colors, I was too excited to see them pass by. My husband was following behind me on his HD  If that was you - give a shout out!

Saw a Black RT on the James Island Connector today, but I was driving my Pilot at the time so I did not try to catch up to him,he went into the city and I left to go west Ashley.

Saw this really cool metallic orange/black one. Wait, that's my garage.

Silver RT in Estes Park, CO?

Saw a silver RT parked (eastbound Elkhorn Dr) in Estes Park, CO as we drove westbound on Elkhorn Dr.

White spyder in Jackson California on Monday. I did not notice if it was RS or RT. I was the tuxedo RS going the other way. WHat a great day for a ride.
