There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. pretty wild video of a couple of clowns trying to steal a motorcycle. warmed my heart to see the ending of this crime.

I like how they took their time letting him wait for an ambulance. Hope they take the long way to the hospital when it finally gets there.:thumbup:

if you watch the video closely it appears that gun the bad guy pulls looks like an old crossman bb pistol :lecturef_smilie:

and the funny part is ... the cop just seems to disappear like he has better things to do

i thought the same thing about the gun it looked fake to me but later in the vid you see the cop that shot him standing by the guy on the ground i think he just moved his car to let other cars go by

The thief deserves what he got.:clap::roflblack:
It's a wonder he is still alive. I would have imagine the cop would "shoot to kill" seeing the
thief had a handgun...unless the cop was a bad shot and flinched.

First thin I bought after the bike was a leather vest with holster pocket inside pocket. Be safe out there and get a concealed carry permit.

Crime doesn't pay...!!

south american and other parts of the world play by different rules. They are local and still tried and lost and they will get the partner as well. They will get more than they bargained for..!! :lecturef_smilie:

:agree: ...Jackass Leather Company ( Now Galco!) S.O.B. holster with a Colt 1911A-1 .45 onboard...
All-day comfort, and fullsized fighting power!

At least some countries allow the enforcement of the law.

This situation would be iffy in Virginia at the least. If you pulled a gun to help the rider you would have to prove that his life was in eminent danger. In no way could you be seen as protecting the property.(motorcycle)

Now if you were the rider and someone pulled a gun on you, you could lay them out for threatening your life. Just do everyone a favor and end him there so we don't have to pay for his court proceeding and pay for him to be in a federal hotel. ;)

I watch just enough "Law and Order" on TV, to think that a case can be made for dropping that moron; he had that sidearm stuck right in the face of his intended victim. I'd be curious as to how that could be interpreted as anything other that a threat to one's life...

We just had a home invasion case in Ohio where the intruder used gun once they entered the home. He stole some things while holding the occupant at bay with the weapon. When the gunman fled, the occupant retrieved a weapon and shot the robber who at this point was outside the home fleeing. Guess what? Occupant was indicted. It was determined at that point the threat had subsided and he used "excessive" force in restraining the robber. In Ohio, you can defend yourself in your home, but once they leave, I guess you can't chase them down.

There was also speculation that because the occupant was criminally charged, it stregthened the robber's argument to sue for medical expenses and pain/suffering.

same way in new york, by brother in law and sister lives on long island and someone was trying to break into their house, so he grabbed his 22 cal rifle and went out the back door and took a shot at the guy, well the guy took off and the police came and took the 22 and told my brother in law that if someone shows up dead or in a hospital and the shot came from his 22 he was in big doo doo

That's why our system is called the "criminal justice" system. All of the justice goes to the criminal.
