pretty wild video of a couple of clowns trying to steal a motorcycle. warmed my heart to see the ending of this crime.

if you watch the video closely it appears that gun the bad guy pulls looks like an old crossman bb pistol :lecturef_smilie:
and the funny part is ... the cop just seems to disappear like he has better things to do
:agree: ...Jackass Leather Company ( Now Galco!) S.O.B. holster with a Colt 1911A-1 .45 onboard...First thin I bought after the bike was a leather vest with holster pocket inside pocket. Be safe out there and get a concealed carry permit.
At least some countries allow the enforcement of the law.

We just had a home invasion case in Ohio where the intruder used gun once they entered the home. He stole some things while holding the occupant at bay with the weapon. When the gunman fled, the occupant retrieved a weapon and shot the robber who at this point was outside the home fleeing. Guess what? Occupant was indicted. It was determined at that point the threat had subsided and he used "excessive" force in restraining the robber. In Ohio, you can defend yourself in your home, but once they leave, I guess you can't chase them down.I watch just enough "Law and Order" on TV, to think that a case can be made for dropping that moron; he had that sidearm stuck right in the face of his intended victim. I'd be curious as to how that could be interpreted as anything other that a threat to one's life...

There was also speculation that because the occupant was criminally charged, it stregthened the robber's argument to sue for medical expenses and pain/suffering.
