• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So You Want To Steal A Motorcycle Huh?

We just had a home invasion case in Ohio where the intruder used gun once they entered the home. He stole some things while holding the occupant at bay with the weapon. When the gunman fled, the occupant retrieved a weapon and shot the robber who at this point was outside the home fleeing. Guess what? Occupant was indicted. It was determined at that point the threat had subsided and he used "excessive" force in restraining the robber. In Ohio, you can defend yourself in your home, but once they leave, I guess you can't chase them down.

There was also speculation that because the occupant was criminally charged, it stregthened the robber's argument to sue for medical expenses and pain/suffering.
same thing happened in nj three or four years ago! same :cus:ty outcome. go figure!

I hate to say it; but it does make sense...
It's perfectly understandable to shoot the :cus: if they threaten you or others with bodily harm...
But property; not so much! :gaah:
The solution: don't let them get back out the door!
 Uhhh... :joke:
