• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Seat Changes for my new RTS

I have a new 2011 RTS that will be ready shortly. I have gone overboard on accessories, 49 to date that I will list later. I am 6' tall and the seat on the 2011 did not hit me right and I needed more room. I had our local seat guru move the lumbar back 2", added heat with high/low switch on dash, added the Utopia backrest and also had him put in a fuel door. I had him put a simple hinge on the bottom, not ideal, but a spring loaded hinge to raise up would have been a problem. I am enclosing some photos of the seat with the door closed and open. In the open position you can barely see the door in the photo.

That looks very nice... but a couple of phots from a bit closer up would make it look even nicer!
By moving the lumbar support rearward; did you lose a noticeable amount of space for the passenger?

We're going to need to know more about your Seat Guru... Does he have a website and a phone number???
(Or is his the motorcycle Seat Heater site?)

Well then he and I have something in common!
