We use the TeamSet Pro and love it. But occasionally we here a beep, or maybe two beeps together. THe User Guide talks about blinking lights, but nothing about beeps. I assume this happens when the set reconnects, but thought I'd ask.
Cheers,
Mike

We also use the Teamset Pro and like them very well. You will hear a single beep when you trip the vox but the listener will not hear the beep. When the vox drops out the one who trips the vox will hear a single beep but, again, the other partner will not. With my earlier Cardo Multiset, I have heard two beeps when the battery was low and at other times, it just basically quit with no warning. As yet, we have not run the batteries down in the Teamset Pro.

we like our cardo system but have problem with wind activating the intercom and cuts our music off any suggestions:ani29:
ug - good luck with the Scala sets. I just bought a set of the G9's and while at first was happy with them, there is a lot to be desired once you start really using them IMO. The website for users is just plain horrid. Once you pair them with your phones they seem to get long-term dementia for talking between them as an intercom. I even went and cleared all the bluetooth pairing settings on them (which is supposed to clear all but their pairings between scala sets) - and no luck - they just don't talk in intercom mode anymore. Did the bump re-pairing process and still can not talk between them. It just should not be this difficult IMO.
I know people did not like the Interphone F5 sets but I am just flat out unimpressed with these. Worst $500 I've spent. :banghead:

We just got these last week and they worked great until suddenly they didn't. We had a very frustrating ride the other night where I could hear each of us saying "hello hello hello" (along with some other choice words) -- but didn't hear any of it through the intercom.
We kept doing the bump re-pairing process because that was all I could remember while we were out on the road.... once we got home, I got the user-guide out and did the bump pairing process but noticed that we never got the blinking purple lights they mention. I finally did the "manual pairing" process and that got the steady red light that they mention in the guide. Now they're working again.
You might try doing that and see if they start working again.

Do you both ride on the same machine? My wife and I are looking into bluetooth but she in on her own spyder and I'm curious as to how well they work in this situation.
We've got the G9s and they work fine. What I found is if the phone or GPS interrupts the intercom and the intercom does not come right back, you push the Rider A button (front/side) once and here a beep, the intercom begins to work again after a few seconds. Most of the time the intercom comes right back. I've used it with both phone & GPS and the wife links her phone to her set. One thing I notice the last time we used them was I was hearing an echo on my wifes voice over the intercom. Still not sure why/how this was happening.
