There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We have the G4 and have two spyders they work great for about 1 mile apart. If we get seperate for more than a mile we will use the bluetooth on the phones. We have the same carrier so it doesn't cost any min. on the phones and its just like using the incom. We only get seperated that far when we are riding with a group. I always take up the rear so I can let him know where the back of the pack is. Usually when you here the beeps its telling you that you are in resting mode. You just hit the A button to reconnect. It works most of the time sometimes it takes a few times. We have had problems with my husbands set but it usually starts working eventually. It does get frustrating at times but it is alot better than having to hook up with wires.
