• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Was saving up some cash to purchase the trailer for my RTS then went to the BRP site and noticed they bumped the price up from $3999.00 to $4879.99! Gotta pull an extra $1000 out of my butt for that. Maybe look for a used one somewhere or a different brand.

I think you're right. Too weird, I went to the BRP site that I have always gone to that I bookmarked. How it changed, I have no clue. Hmmmmmmmmm...
Thank you for pointing that out and now I'll go crawl under a rock for feeling like a fool. :joke:

There was a dealer in Greenville TX who had a trailer on Ebay for $3399. He didn't get any bids you may want to contact them and see if it is still available.

You might take a look at the Tag-Along trailer sold by Harbor Freight in their automotive section. It sells for about $400.00, and I have one that I have used a few times, and it seems to be a great little trailer that will do the job very well for us.

I also have the 4'x8' model with the 8" wheels and have towed it at hiway speeds with a full load with no problems. I was told by an employee of Harbor Freight that the 55mph limit was a legal disclaimer, and did not reflect the actual speeds that were safe. I have pulled our Tag-Along behind our Spyder RT at 60mph-plus with no problems, and we had approx. 200lbs in it at the time. Just thought this might be a low cost idea, but maybe it was'nt what you were looking for. I still intend to use our trailer for shopping and camping gear that won't fit in the Spyder, and will let you know how it works out.

Thank you everyone! The Tag Along looks like it may work for what I need it for. Question is, any affordable hitch receivers out there for the RT? Like to use it for my bicycle rack also.

Mels Monster Garage builds a hitch that is a duplicate for thr BRP hitch, wiyh the exception that his has a Reese style receiver that will accept various attachments for different applications.
