• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok fast question. The relay that controls 12 V plug and CB,GPS and so on. Do they go bad, Both plugs on my RT don't work and the fuse is good. Also can you get the relays at a local Auto parts store :pray::pray: or is it a dealer item. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Can't help with this question other than to tell you to unplug and reseat the relay, sometimes they just get loose.

Yes, they do go bad. I've had 2 die on my 09 RS. They were replaced with ones matching the specs as a substitute from autozone.

As stated above they can be bought at the Auto parts store just bring it in......you can test by swapping them , because they are almost the same ones ....just go by physical size.......Mike

Thanks everyone. Before going to the auto parts store did some more investigating. I found a wire that had fallen onto the exhaust under the plastic. Fixed that and changed out a fuse and back in business. Now I'm ready to head for Sturgis next week. Everything seems to be working. Thanks again for the folks that responded.:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
