So can anyone lead me to a video on changing the front sprocket/pulley on a Spyder RT? Not an F3.
Please!
How do you find out the manufacture date of your F3
Curious if any 2014's would be at risk...my 2014 RTS has some red dust but seems to be in overall good shape...Is there any structural differences? Did BRP use a different sprocket after 2014?
Talked with my local dealer yesterday. They are NOT doing interim repairs for the red dust.
Any repair is at the owners cost.
The dealer said BRP will not have a solution until Aug 22.
Its going to be a long wait...
Sometimes I really wonder about BRP. I know there are supply problems BUT they have known about this for a long time. Our local dealer charged a member of BattleBorn Spyders a lot of money to change out a front sprocket on her F3( and it was a long tow from Lake Tahoe to Reno)
It took a few Spyders catching fire to get BRP to fix the overheating problems with the 2013 RT's and they NEVER did much about the DESS problems in the 2014's:gaah:
See you and Lou on Friday
