• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

 We've never taken out a shear pin...
But if it's a heavy storm; we'll take several passes during it, in order to lessen the load.

Already sheared a shear pin on the PTO shaft of the big snow blower, heavy snow it was. Had to snow blow trails in the back yard for the dogs with the little snow blower.

I had Honda's biggest, (an 1125? track drive) for a few years. That thing ate shear pins like the Oldsmobile in the Christmas Story movie ate tires. :roflblack:

I kept at least a dozen of each kind in my tool chest. I could remove and change the front ones in about 10 minutes. The rear, where you had to remove the auger, got down to about an hour.

I was glad when the tranny finally went. I went to another brand and so far, so good.
