• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Offical Spyder Owners Event Dates for Durango 2012- June 20-21-22

Craig the Farmington motel is great. It looks like Lamont and them will be staying in ABQ until the morning of the 20th so we can still hook up with them that morning. The Lubbock motel for the 18th and 23rd sounds good to me as well. Good job researching. had a greet time with you guys today. look forward to seeing you on the 21st at the SRA monthly meeting.

Just made our reservations at the Comfort Inn & Suites.:)

Do you pre-register for this event? If so where do you find all the info for the event.

perhaps we need a poll or head counter...Lamont?????? count me in....Route 66 Casino hotel should be large enough to house all of us.....bet they give you a good rate...

If I can get a general idea of how many people are coming to ABQ I can see about getting a group rate.

That would be sweet. How about a possible group ride to the top of Mt. Sandia or something like that also if possible ( time permitting ). My wife and I are just as excited about Albuquerque as we are Durango, so we are talking about getting to Albuquerque a day or two early. Have done a lot of driving (car) in the area, but really want to do some biking on the Turqouise Trail and some other areas. Just a thought.

I am looking at pulling in there on the 18th, stay the 19th then head up there with others on the 20th. Probably looking at coming back to ABQ on Saturday and leave on Monday morning. So ... I'll be looking for something for 4 nights that has parking that could be used while in Durango.

I do have a step sister that lives west of Rio Rancho and might be able to leave my truck there. As I recall, the road by her place is rough dirt so who knows.

Thanks for looking into this for us ....

I realize this is probably a dumb question but will the spyder start coughing for lack af air in Durango and the mts getting there??? I had a 350 eng in a 73 Chev Truck that had problems going from San Diago to Prescott. Got in the mountains ( and they aren't THAT big) and she coughed up a storm had to have a mechanic look her over. Seems the float was not doing it's thing? or something. Just wondering if my "Vovlo" will hack and cough up them thar hills!! Esp. since she's pulling my fat butt and a trailer which I will probably overload!!

Booked two rooms at Knights Inn for thurs and Friday. Will be coming back from Grand Canyon with my HD buds.
Durango should be a fun town--- 5 breweries-----👍😃

Per Twain's idea today at Coldspring meeting. Great seeing everyone again! Looked up hotels in Lubbock for Monday night June 18th. Selecting online the 21 days advance purchase room rate wa $63.50 includes cont. breakfast plus they have an indoor pool. What's everyone's thoughts about booking here for the 18th???
Also do we wanna book here for Saturday night the 23rd??? In Durango, CO most of us are booked at Knights Inn so thought cool we all book same for Lubbock. Will research Step Back Inn in Aztec, New Mexico for nigh of 19th as Twain outlined. Look foward to your thoughts about the below. Laura & Craig
