• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Odd tachometer problem on '12 RTS SE5

While out riding today and checking the instrument cluster I noticed that the digital tach and analog tach were showing different RPM's. When I stopped the digital tach was showing 1300-1400 RPM's at idle which, I believe, is about normal for the 998 engine. The analog tach was showing around 700-800 RPM's which leads me to believe that the problem is with the analog tach. I usually use the analog tach when shifting as it is easier for me to see so I think I was probably shifting at much higher RPM's than I normally do. Has anyone seen this type of problem? Any help or ideas would be appreciated. :hun::gaah:
