Not so good news

Bruisersbaby received a call today from a friend who lost his wife in October. The GOS know about Laura. Now due to health and other issues her husband told Kris he needs to sell both Spyders. We were hoping he would at least keep his so we could ride with him but he just can't do it. We told him we would help any way we can. He'll be getting the info together on the Spyders and we'll help him post it on the proper forum here. Anyone who has lost a loved one knows there are points throughout the year that make that loss even more painful, and that first Christmas is really one of those. So I would ask as you go in to the holidays say a prayer for Ken and his family.

I will sure be praying for Ken & his family. I know of at least 2 other Spyder friends who have lost loved ones recently and this season will be hard for them. ray:

Ken's wife Laura was the one who got "Girls on Spyders" going with the Sock Monkeys. She was a very caring lady who would do anything for you. Her death devastated the GOS community. We miss you Laura......

I lost my Father just before Thanksgiving so I know how hard this time of year can be. I will be praying for him. I Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and remembers the reason for the season.

Thank you all. We have been passing all the messages to Ken. We have the info for the Spyders he is selling and will post it on the For Sale forum. His main reason for selling his Spyder is due more to physical problems than economic. Selling Laura's is more emotional as you would expect. Again, thank you.
