• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NASA cheating us again?

Plan "B"

Back up rovers in hollywood in case the originals got lost in space. .:roflblack::roflblack:

Hi SNOOPY,

Re: NASA cheating us again?

"There is an increasing number of people who believe that NASA’s rovers never left the Earth in the first place, and the pictures they are allegedly sending back from Mars are taken in remote areas of our planet."

You simply cannot fix stupidity.

And just where did that 'again' come from?

Probably the falsehood they gave us in the 60's when they said that they landed on the moon. They simply did not have the technology to combat the solar radiation that would be present on the moon. They still don't. Once you get past the 500 mile Van Allen shield it is a whole new ballgame when it comes to radiation. How were the Apollo astronauts able to withstand 375 rems per day when the IAEA occupational exposure dose limit is only 5 rems in any single year?

I would not be surprised to find out that the Mars rover was staged.

Hi Bob,

Re: You just can't fix this type of brain damage...

You could not be more correct. I think I'll stick to making sure my grandchildren get good educations.

There are some people in this world who are so disbelieving and contrary that even if they saw their mother naked they would swear that's not where they came from! :roflblack:

:agree:

Ya Bob,

That is what all you guys do. You keep believing the governments in all that they say. The same governments that lie to us daily. You guys keep your head in the sand, and keep believing what the governments keep telling you.:thumbup::thumbup:

I know people who worked on the Lunar Missions... There's no denying the pride that they felt, for the work that they did.

Remember the moon walks

Yep, remember the "moon walks" that were actually filmed on a sound stage in a hanger at Edwards AFB. Because we all know NASA has the ability to take hundreds, maybe even thousands of people, convince them all to perpetrate a hoax like this and than swear every single one of these people to secrecy.

You know all that funding they have been receiving, all those billions of dollars, guess where all of that has been going? You got it, super bowl tickets and party boat rentals in the Caribbean.

I won't even address the corporations who spent hundreds of millions of their own dollars to take part in and share the benefits of these explorations.

I'll bet that they even used one of these on you too! :D

Hi gkamer,

Re: a sound stage in a hanger at Edwards AFB.

I was stationed at Edwards from July '60 to Aug '61; never saw any sound stage; maybe they were hiding it from me. :yikes:

Also, that was 'primetime' for the Mercury program; first manned flight on 5 May 61.

He's not an "Historian" for NASA...
He's just a guy making videos, and throwing accusations in an attempt to make a name for himself.

More un-named sources... more Bull-:cus:

Pictures of "There"...
Taken from "Here":
It's easy enough for anyone with a decent telescope to find these sites...

You do know that even our GPS in our cars, our phones, etc are controlled by the military? They do that so you can't pinpoint a target. Why couldn't they confuse your simple telescope?

You don't need a GPS to point a telescope nojoke .... it is easily done with just the naked eye looking in the direction of the moon. It is, however, helpful to have "tracking motors" to follow your target (in this case the moon) as you would be surprised how fast it moves out of frame.

Regards .... Ann
