• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi everyone. Installed new led headlights and now my fog lights are not working. New headlights work and Parking lights work. Still have right side panels and mirror off for oil change. Any ideas. Thanks in advance. 2018 RTL

HI RHJ1,

What year is your spyder?

Which spyder model did you get/have?

I'm not sure if this applies but I'll throw it out there anyhow. My truck had halogen lights and I put LED's in. That messed up my fog lamps both for halogen and LED. I had to buy a resistor that connected to the passenger headlight in order for the fog lights to come on.

Here's a link in case that's it.

EDIT: Didn't realize this is on backorder but if you pursue this option, you might be able to find another site that sells the product.

:agree: I've seen this before, on more than one vehicle... Not on a Spyder, sure; but on other vehicles where fitting LED headlight's meant the vehicle's OE halogen &/or normal incandescent lights in other positions wouldn't work without adding a resistor into the headlight circuit... :banghead: Same could well apply here?! Or not?!? :dontknow:

Assuming your 2018 electrical system isn't much different than my 2014, the fog lights circuit is via the Load Shedding relay while the headlight circuit is separate. Do your heated grips work properly or does your ACS work properly (they are also on the LS relay)?

Try switching the plug. When I installed mine they plugged in backwards. Flipped them and they worked. Just an Idea.
